We collect only the information you voluntarily provide when you submit a beta interest form on certaworks.dev. This may include:

• A description of the agents or tools you use (optional)

We do not use analytics platforms, tracking pixels, fingerprinting scripts, or advertising networks. We do not set cookies beyond what is strictly necessary for the page to function. We do not collect IP addresses for the purpose of identifying or profiling you.

Information you submit via the beta interest form is used solely to:

• Notify you when the hosted beta becomes available
• Send occasional product updates relevant to what you signed up for
• Respond to any direct questions you include in your submission

We will not send you promotional messages unrelated to CertaWorks products, and we will not add you to any marketing list without your knowledge.

Form submissions are stored with reasonable security measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data. We are a small, early-stage company and do not operate large-scale data infrastructure. Your information is stored in limited, access-controlled systems and is not retained beyond the period needed to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected.

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we take data protection seriously, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. Ever.

We may use minimal third-party services to operate the site (for example, a hosting provider or form handler). These services are bound to handle data only as directed by us and are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.

CertaWorks products — the local-first tools, SDKs, and MCP servers available at certaworks.dev — operate locally on your own infrastructure. By default, no data leaves your machine; the tools do not transmit data to CertaWorks servers. Your agent data stays with you.

• Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate information
• Deletion — ask us to delete your personal information
• Withdrawal — withdraw consent and unsubscribe from communications at any time
